FAQ Shipping and Returns

1.How are orders shipped?

All orders placed within the U.S. ship free* within 3-5 days business days. Orders placed after 11:00am CST Friday will ship the following business day. *Excludes free trials or other special offers.

UPS Ground, 2-4 day priority shipping, and next day delivery is available for all states excluding HI & AK. These shipping options are available at checkout.

For International orders: A base charge applies to the first individual item followed by an extra charge per each additional item (skin care systems included). Shipping prices and delivery time will vary by country. We are not responsible for custom duties and tax fees that may be required upon receiving your package. Shipping costs paid to us are for transportation fees only unless otherwise noted.

2. What if my items are damaged through shipping?

Please inspect your package content upon delivery for any damage that may have occurred during shipping. If damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please contact a customer service representative immediately at 866-551-5505 or E-mail info@gunillaofsweden.com. Please provide the order ID number along with your e-mail address and phone number for faster service.

3. I never received my package.

You have 14 days to contact Gunilla of Sweden® to file a claim on a lost shipment if your package was undeliverable. If the status of your package has been updated as "Package Delivered" by the postal delivery company, you will need to file a claim with the carrier first, before contacting Gunilla of Sweden®.

4. Lost or stolen packages.

For both domestic and international shipments, if your package has been guaranteed as delivered by the United States Postal Service, UPS or other shipper, we are not responsible for any lost or stolen items.

If tracking is unavailable (for international USPS services) we will determine the resolution on a case to case basis.

Please consider expedited shipping methods or "signature required" option to guarantee delivery/insurance on your package.

5. What is the Return Policy?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase from Gunilla of Sweden¢î you may return the item for a refund or exchange within 90 days of purchase.

Please give Gunilla of Sweden¢î products time to work.
Since we offer a 90-day return policy you have time to use up almost all of the product and be positive of it's effectiveness.

If the products are not working, something is wrong.
Please call, chat or email one of our skin care experts for help first. You may be on one of the many medications that can make clearing skin difficult. Maybe you used bar soap used before a clay mask and that dried out your skin, misdiagnosis or multiple factors that are causing problems.

Free items and Free Shipping

a. Anything marked as "Free" is only free if items that are purchased are not returned. This includes free items with systems, free promo items and free shipping charges.

b. If purchased items are returned then the free item that was included must be returned as well or your refund will be less the retail price of that free item.

c. If you chose free shipping (we paid for your shipping) the original shipping cost (the cost the postal company charged us) will be deducted from your total refund.

To ensure accuracy of your return or exchange please include the original invoice from your order.

For International orders: Any package refused via UPS or USPS will be not refunded due to the excessive fees it costs Gunilla of Sweden® to have it shipped back and/or discarded. Gunilla of Sweden® is not responsible for taxes or custom charges that your government may impose.

Gunilla of Sweden® does not provide a return address labels for return packages. Please check with your local post office for return shipping rates. A restocking fee is applied to large orders and professional - size product.

Returned orders under $85.00 have no restocking fee.

Returned orders over $85.00 have a 15% restocking fee.

Returned orders over $185.00 have a 20% restocking fee.

All returned skin care systems have a 15% restocking fee.

Pro sizes have a 25% restocking fee.

If you choose free shipping (we paid for your shipping) the original shipping cost (the cost the postal company charged us) will be deducted from your total refund.

For orders that include a free item: All package contents including free items, must be returned for a full refund. Failure to return the free item will result in the deduction of the retail price of the free item. This includes free items with systems and seasonal promotions.
