How are orders shipped in the United States?

All orders from the US ship within 1-2 days business days. Orders placed after 11:00am CST Friday will usually ship on Monday.

Free shipping for all regular US orders. Does not include trials or other special offers.

UPS Ground, 2-4 day shipping, is available for all states excluding HI & AK.

UPS 2nd Day Air and UPS Next day air charges a base rate then add an extra charge for each additional item. For example, a 4-part system would be charged: $17.50 + $3.00 +$3.00 +$3.00=$26.50

Lost or stolen packages:
For both domestic and international shipments, if your package has been guaranteed as delivered by the United States Postal Service, UPS or other shipper, we are not responsible for any lost or stolen items.

If tracking is unavailable (for international USPS services) we will determine the resolution on a case to case basis.

Yes, LEROSETT® 100% Organic Clay will be damaged if frozen and will not be shipped during extreme cold temperatures due to freezing. Canada and Alaska will be on ship hold during cold months, we recommend ordering enough for the winter if you live in cold areas. We send out an email to all members who live in Canada and Alaska during the fall recommending that they order enough product to last the winter months.

Freezing is not an issue for our Aloe Based products, only the Clay based product will get freeze damage.

Since LEROSETT® is 100% organic and chemical free there is no anti-freeze elements in the product. If LEROSETT® freezes the water and the clay separates. You can tell if this has happened if only water comes out of the tube or a mixture of clumps and water. You should be able to squeeze out an inch of LEROSETT® onto your hand and have it stay there like a thin toothpaste would stay on your hand without running down your skin. Once LEROSETT® has fully frozen it is destroyed, you cannot shake it back together again.

Freezing can be problematic for some organic products, we usually stop shipments to Canada, Alaska and some northern states during extreme cold periods. If your LEROSETT® has separated and is runny due to freezing we will replace the product once the cold weather has passed for your area and the replacement item has less risk of freezing. Longtime LEROSETT® users often double their orders before each winter to avoid this problem.

What are your INTERNATIONAL shipping charges?

All orders ship within 1-2 business days. Please allow extra processing days for orders placed on Friday since we are closed on weekends.

There is base charge for the first item followed by an extra charge per each item after that. Prices will vary by country. We have no control over the duties and tax fees that you might have to pay upon receiving your package. *Shipping costs paid to us are for transportation fees only unless otherwise noted.

Skin care systems are counted for each individual item. A four part skin care system will be charged as four items and a three part system will be charged for three items. An example for a four part system would be $10.50 + $2.50 +$2.50 + $2.50.

*If a package is refused via UPS, there will be no refund issued due to the excessive fees it costs Gunilla of Sweden® to have it shipped back and/or discarded. If any charges are added either through customs or taxes those charges are the customers responsibility and must be investigated by the customer before their order is placed. Gunilla of Sweden® is not responsable for taxes or custom charges that are imposed by your government.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase from Gunilla of Sweden® you may return the item for a refund or exchange within 90 days of purchase.

Please give Gunilla of Sweden® products time to work.
Since we offer a 90-day return policy you have time to use up almost all of the product and be positive of it's effectiveness.

If the products are not working, something is wrong.
Please call, chat or email one of our skin care experts for help first. You may be on one of the many medications that can make clearing skin difficult. Multiple factors can cause skin clearing issues.

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable and you are responsible for return shipping costs.

Returned orders under $85 have no restocking fee.
Returned orders over $85.00 have a 15% restocking fee.
Returned orders over $185.00 have a 20% restocking fee.
All returned skin care systems have a 15% restocking fee.
Pro sizes are for experienced users only and have a 25% restocking fee.

If you are ordering an item for the first time please order the regular or retail size of that item first. All professional or large size items have a 25% restocking fee regardless of the order size.

a. Anything marked as "Free" is only free if items that are purchased are not returned. This includes free items with systems, free promo items and free shipping charges.*

b. If an item is returned for a refund, then purchased again at a later date, it will not be eligible for a refund a second time.

c. If you chose free shipping (we paid for your shipping) the original shipping cost (the cost the postal company charged us) will be deducted from your total refund.

*This is to avoid a purchase with the sole intention of returning everything only to keep the free item.

In order for a product to be eligible for exchange, it cannot be more than half empty. If there is a problem with any product please notify us immediately so that we may correct the situation.

Exchanges are on a dollar for dollar basis, if you ordered an item for oily skin, but need an item for dry skin we will exchange that item within the above mentioned 90 day time frame.

If several identical items are purchased in a single order only the first used or opened item and any remaining unopened items qualify for a refund. We will not offer a refund for more than one used identical item.

My package was never delivered, now what?

You have two weeks to contact Gunilla of Sweden® to file a claim on a lost shipment if your package has not been delivered. If the status of your package has been updated as "Package Delivered" by the postal delivery company, you will need to file a claim with the carrier first, before contacting Gunilla of Sweden®. If you need the products fast we recommend that you reorder the same products and have it shipped "signature required" to avoid any potential theft issues.

Product damaged through shipping

When your order arrives, please inspect your package for any damage that may have occurred during shipping. It is normal for a package to have some wear, however, if damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment please contact a customer service representative immediately at 866-551-5505 or E-mail Please provide the order number along with your e-mail address and phone number for faster service. To assure prompt customer service, please keep the box for inspection by the shipper.
