Can I return items not purchased through www.gunillaofsweden.com?
We are unable to accept any returns for items that were not purchased through gunillaofsweden.com or lerosett.com. If you purchased a product from a Gunilla of Sweden dealer such as a spa, please contact the spa directly.
What is Gunilla of Sweden's return policy?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase from Gunilla of Sweden you may return the item for a refund or exchange within 60 days. Shipping and handling charges are non refundable.
A sale most be over $13.00 to be considered a sale, shipping costs are not included as a purchase cost.

Free Trials are not considered a purchase and do not have a 60 day return policy. Each free trial offer has an individual return policy that relates to each specific trial, each free trial policy can be found on the free trial page. Gold Reward Members who receive automatic shipments in 6, 8 or 10 week intervals must cancel their membership before an item has been shipped.
Returned orders over $100.00 will be charged a 15% restocking fee.
Returned orders over $400 will be charged a 25% restocking fee
If several identical items are purchased in a single order only the first used or opened item and any remaining unopened and unused items can qualify for a refund. No refund will be given for more than one identical item. We will not offer a refund for more than one used identical item.
How are orders shipped in the United States?
All orders with in the US are shipped FREE of charge using USPS Shipping most orders arrive in 1-4 days. Other shipping options are available at check out.
Do not expose products to excessive heat or cold temperatures!
All Gunilla of Sweden products contain High Content Organic ingredients
Some products will not be shipped during extreme cold temperatures our organic skin care products can sufferer damage due to freezing conditions. Even 2- 4 day priority shipping does not guarantee that a shipment will not be stored in an outside holding area or freight carrier that will be parked outdoors or overnight in extreme temperatures.
You will be informed by email if your order has been placed on hold due to cold weather and you will at that time have the option to wait a few days or up to a week in some situations for the temperatures to rise, or you may have a refund if you request. Products being held up due to extreme cold temperatures will be cleared for shipping as soon the cold snap has cleared, you will be notified by email when the products are released.
Can Gunilla of Sweden ship to other countries?
Yes, we have a simple shipping method for all orders sent to Canada, Europe or Pacific Asia. All orders are sent “USPS First Class” at a flat rate of $18.00 regardless of the size of the order.
Free Trials are also available outside the U.S. Free Trials include a standard $6.95 shipping fee, international Free Trial orders will have an extra $14.00 added, leaving a total of $20.95 in shipping for all Non U.S. Free Trials.

How do I return an item purchased from gunillaofsweden.com
Please include a copy of your invoice and the reason for your return. Please retain a copy of the invoice for yourself. For your protection and to ensure a quick delivery, we recommend that you send your return via UPS; Insured Parcel Post or Fed-Ex. Customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
Return shipping fees are not refundable.

Product damaged through shipping
When you order arrives, please inspect your package for any damage that may have occurred during shipping. It is normal for a package to have some wear, however, if damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment please contact a customer service representative immediately at 866-551-5505 or E-mail

What kind of expedited shipping do you offer?
We use USPS expedited service. United States Postal Service overnight shipping is considered expedited because it can still take 1-3 days to receive your package. USPS does not deliver on holidays and if you live in a less populated area there may be a delay. If your order is shipped USPS expedited service the day before a holiday the holiday will not be counted as a shipping day. All orders received before 12:00pm noon CST will be shipped the same day.
